Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority operates a fleet of approximately 2,550 buses that include conventional and 60-foot Articulated buses. Combined with Metro Rail and other transportation, it has an annual ridership of over 447 million, and provides service to nearly 16,000 bus stops.
